Story

Suzanne discovered yoga nearly 10 years ago as most people do-as an avenue to physical fitness with regard to flexibility and core strength. It quickly became apparent to her that yoga, by subtle means, was a path to a much deeper understanding of the unification of mind, body and spirit. Suzanne's yoga practice soon became a regular compliment to the demands of life, stress, grief, childbirth and all aspects of the human experience. After practicing traditional physical therapy for 8+ years, she decided it was time to expand her education to include yoga and offer it's deep traditions to her clients.

Suzanne has invested in training with some of the world's most renowned yoga teachers. She completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training at Yoga Shanti in Sag Harbor with master teachers, Rodney Yee and Colleen Saidman-Yee. She continued her training to include a SUP (stand up paddle board) Yoga certification at Island Yoga in Aruba with Rachel Brathen-aka Yoga Girl and Jessica and Ryan Taylor (SUP yoga ambassadors). She is now a registered yoga teacher, SUP yoga and World Paddle Association certified teacher.
