Consultation

A consultation will be scheduled in a 15 minute time frame and will be offered free of charge to individuals who would like to learn more about the practice and decide if it is the right approach for their care.

Initial Evaluation

Your initial evaluation will require 1 hour of your time and will include careful consideration of your medical background, current health and extensive analysis of your motion, strength and movement patterns. A customized treatment plan will be developed and tailored to each individual. A referral from your medical doctor as well as copies of any diagnostic tests are absolutely helpful, but not required. 

I have worked hard to create an affordable payment plan that will often be comparable to many in-network co-payments. Also, an itemized bill will be provided for out-of-network reimbursement and tax deductions. This will allow me, your physical therapist to spend more time with you than a traditional setting. Rest assured that the quality of your care will be of utmost importance. This method will save you time since you won't have to wait for a referral or insurance approval. This is also a great option for those who don't have insurance, who have large deductibles, or whose benefits have been denied.
